Emotional Freedom Technique, EFT involves tapping or rubbing on specific acupressure points on the body while focusing on situations that represent personal fear or trauma. The points tapped are similar to those used in acupuncture. EFT has been shown to be effective for both physiological and psychological symptoms, such as reducing anxiety, stress, PTSD, and depression
9 Gamut point procedure is a combination of nine brain-stimulating exercises that involve eye movements, humming, and counting. The procedure also involves tapping on the Gamut point, which is the groove between the tendons and bones of the hand between the ring finger and small finger knuckle.
